Return & Refund Policy

At Spark Beauty Organics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

To request a return, please contact us at info@sparkbeautyorganics.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@sparkbeautyorganics.co.za within 3 days of receiving your order.
